Visiting School Groups Pre-Shopping

At Fort Ancient, we know that one of the most exciting parts of a field trip for students is to purchase souvenirs as mementos of their visit. We also know that group leaders’ time may be limited, and supervision of large groups can be challenging. To address these issues, Fort Ancient offers an alternative to individual shopping through Visiting School Groups Pre-Shopping. For more information, call 513-932-4421.

For groups of less than 60 students: Pre-shop orders may be given to the museum attendant on the day of your visit.

For groups with more than 60 students: Pre-shop orders must be submitted to the museum at least 2 days prior to your visit to allow sufficient time to complete the order.

All pre-shop orders will be filled and given to the teachers upon departure from the museum to distribute to their students.
